Covers Brooklyn north from 60th St. to Greepoint and east to New Lots also covers portions of Manhattan and Queens. Shows wards, railroads, fire districts, and radial distances from City Hall (modernly known as Borough Hall). Oriented with north to lower left. “Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1858 by H. Phelps in the Clerks Office of the District Court for the Southern district of New York.” Includes decorative border and key. BHS copy contains 2 assembled sheets.
